คุณลักษณะเตาเผาอุณหภูมิสูง Carbolite ELF 11/14
1. เป็นเตาเผาที่ให้อุณหภูมิสูง 1100 C โดยมีขนาดช่องเผาไม่น้อยกว่า 210x220x310 มม. (สูงxกว้างxลึก) และมี ความจุประมาณ 14 ลิตร
2. ส่วนที่ให้ความร้อนเป็นขดลวดความร้อนแบบ Semi-embedded free radiaing wire wound element ฝังอยู่บนผนัง Ceramic fibre ทั้ง 5 ด้าน เพื่อช่วยให้ความร้อนส่งถึงสารตัวอย่างโดยตรง
3. หัววัดอุณหภูมิทำด้วย NiCr/NiAl Thermocouples (Type K Thermocouple)
4. ช่วงเวลาในการเพิ่มอุณหภูมิ จากอุณหภูมิปกติถึง 1000 C (heat up time) ใช้เวลาประมาณ 40 นาที
5. ผนังเตาด้านในทำด้วย Vacuum-formed low thermal mass insulation และพื้นเตามีแผ่นรองเป็นเซรามิคเนื้อแข็ง (hard ceramic hearth) ซึ่งช่วยป้องกันพื้นเตาจากการหกของสารตัวอย่าง
6. โครงสร้างภายในและภายนอกทำด้วยเหล็กกล้าเคลือบสังกะสี (Zinc coated steel) โดยผิวนอกสุดเคลือบด้วยสาร Epoxy/Polyester แบบ Two-tone
7. ประตูเป็นแบบเปิดจากด้านบนลงด้านล่าง (Drop down door) สามารถใช้วางตัวอย่างขณะนำตัวอย่างออกจากเตาและมีระบบ Positive break safety switch ซึ่งจะตัดไฟอัตโนมัติเมื่อประตูเปิด
8. ลักษณะของเตาเป็น 5 ชั้น (Double Shell) โดยมีโพรงอากาศ (air gap) อยู่ระหว่างตัวเตาด้านใน และโครงสร้างเตาภายนอก เพื่อช่วยถ่ายเทความร้อนบางส่วน และช่วยลดอุณหภูมิด้านนอกของตัวเตาไม่ให้ร้อนจัดขณะใช้งาน
9. มีปล่อง (chimney) ช่วยระบายควันที่เกิดจากการเผาสารตัวอย่าง
10. เตามีขนาดภายนอกไม่เกิน 630x450x520 มม. (สูงxกว้างxลึก)

Carbolite ELF 11/14 1100C 14 Liter Laboratory Furnace
These laboratory furnaces have a simple drop down door and a top mounted ceramic chimney. The combination of low thermal mass insulation and free radiating wire elements embedded in the chamber sides provide efficient heating.
